Marketing Website Redesign

I helped build out PrimePay's design and front end development team, and lead a comprehensive website redesign.  The resulting site achieved a +300% increase in organic traffic year-over-year.  I also collaborated closely post-launch with the Director of Marketing and Senior Content Strategist to introduce an iterative site testing schedule and leverage the following ongoing research methods:

  • A/B testing

  • Multivariate testing

  • User interviews

  • Client surveys

  • Heat mapping

  • Lead generation tracking via CTA tracking codes, Hubspot, and Salesforce

Software Redesign

Alongside PrimePay’s Product and Marketing Manager, I was tasked with helping redesign PrimePay’s suite of software into a single sign-on hub, bringing all of the company’s applications into a single environment. The goal was to simplify the customer workstream and ultimately increase awareness of other PrimePay digital services beyond payroll. We also redesigned the company’s core payroll processing platform with the goal to reduce friction, complexity and cognitive load. We ultimately redesigned it into a three step linear process, branded as '3 Step Payroll'.
