Comcast Einstein

Einstein is Comcast’s core customer service agent tool. I developed a proof of concept pitch for Comcast that encourages massive simplification, task-focused UI, customer data visibility and research driven enhancements in the interest of helping agents more quickly, pleasantly and effectively serve their customers.
